Greetings from the trailside here in Thunder Bay,
The Blacksheep Mountain Bike Club, along with our partners Destination Northern Ontario and Tourism Thunder Bay, are excited to announce that we are now accepting quotes for the creation of a strategic plan for the club. Please find attached the RFQ details along with appropriate referenced documents.

All interested parties must register their interest by email by August 16, 2021.

If there are any questions, they must be submitted by email by end of day August 20 , 2021. All questions and answers will be provided to registered firms by the end of day August 23, 2021.
