After some consideration and discussion by the Race Committee, the race format and courses for Race #3 and Race #4 have been swapped.

The dates remain the same – June 22 and July 13.

We decided asking everyone to stand around in the bugs in Shuniah Mines for an Individual Time Trial in June is just plain mean – especially to our amazing volunteers that don’t have the luxury of riding away from them!  So we are hopeful that by mid-July, things will be a bit more tolerable.

Plus, we are sure that everyone will be psyched for the “Tour de Shuniah” courses, which will now be on June 22.  The theme of these courses is to get deeper into the Shuniah trail system and hit up some of our favourite single-track that we often can’t get to with shorter loops.

Sign-in and plate pick-up: 5:45 – 6:45pm (all racers must sign in). For everyone that has a plate you will be reusing it for this race.
First start time is 7:00pm
Must be a Blacksheep member to participate
Free for Racing Members. $10/race for General Members. Maximum of 2 races on a general membership before a full racing membership is required

Our Featured Sponsor for Race #3 is Fresh Air! Thanks to their continued support we are able to provide a fantastic race series and a whole host of other services to the mountain biking community.

The courses and registration have been updated on Webscorer and TrailForks:
